Durum and whole wheat pasta

Our pasta, made using traditional Sicilian wheat, cultivated by the Deliella farm, is as geniune as homemade pasta. Brass wire-drawn, it is left to dry for more than 30 hours at low temperature.
Its traditional taste, with its natural hard texture, helps boost the flavour of each plate.
